I've used both WinDirStat and TreeSize Free. I liked TreeSize better:
GUI is easier to understand (sizes not buried inside a busy graph), and
was a bit faster to scan.

I've used both WinDirStat and TreeSize Free. I liked TreeSize better

I don't like WinDirStat at all. Treesize wins the golden paw.
