Best freeware to view a .pps file?

Can anybody recommend a freeware program (*not* a web service) that will
allow me to view a .pps file?

There was Micro$oft Powerpoint Viewer, but it's gone. Still using Office
2007 and 2010 though. :)

It's become LibreOffice after it was purchased by Oracle! CanNOT quite
remmeber...
