I'm using Windows 7 - 64 bit.

The reminder I need will do a popup and stay on top of the desktop and
any program currently running until I manually exit the reminder.

All the ones I have tried do not appear over a currenlty running
program. They also disappear after a short while.

I believe WalkAway will do what you want.

Thanks for the answer, but I found one on my comp that I had purchased
many years ago. I installed and it's exactly what I need. I had
totally forgotten that I had it.

So what program did you find perfect for your needs?

The program is not a freebie. I purchased my copy in 2004. I use it
on my XP box. (I just found that it also installs and works on my
Windows 7 box!)

There is something fishy. I cannot find the author's site even when
clicking on the link supplied by some download sites. Caution!

The first url has assorted pics showing some pics of the program.

Aquarius Soft is a software company from Singapore. They started off
with some smaller tools like a currency converter around 2002 and later
on professionalized in education support programs and the like.

https://www.aquariussoft.com

PC Alarm Clock Pro had a dedicated website apart from the main company
website, but was linked from there till July 2017. Even then, the site
of the Clock tool already redirected to an online clock (written by a
German programmer) for about 3 years.

Last main website stored on Archive.org, that mentions the tool:
https://web.archive.org/web/20170812025150/http://www.aquariussoft.com

Last non-redirecting program website archived seems to be:
https://web.archive.org/web/20140516205016/http://alarmclockpc.com

I guess that explains why I had trouble finding the authors site.

I'm glad I came across it again in my mess of saved old proggies.
